Constructive Dismissal Claims
If your employer has fundamentally breached your contract of employment and therefore you are left in a position where you have
no alternative but to resign then you may have an employment tribunal claim for constructive dismissal. For example, a Manager not
supporting you in a diffult work situation, changing terms and conditions of employment, harassment and victimisation.
However before you resign you must have exercised your rights under the company grievance procedures and you believe that
the company failed to deal with the matter at all or properly.
