Complaints Procedure
Are you unhappy with any aspect of our service? We sincerely hope not but if you are unhappy about anything at all, please follow our complaints procedure and we will ensure your query
is dealt with in a prompt manner.

Please outline what the problem is and we will do our best to resolve matters urgently. We aim to resolve any problems or queries
within 48 hours of your contacting us. If we cannot resolve matters within that timeframe, we will contact you within 48 hours to
advise of the reasons why and to detail when we can obtain the solution.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be happy with our service and we want you to feel confident that your claim is handled professionally. Let's be honest. You will not recommend us to anyone else if you have had an unhappy experience with us!
